What’s more, PUMBAA Technology’s DFP concept uses the best China local material resource to make sure the product is not only of superior performance, but also competitive for serial production.

Before actual development, we take the time to familiarize ourselves with your requirement. Based on the understanding gained, we then work alongside you to define the development goal and product specification. We may also provide our suggestions based on our know-how and experience to better define your product.

According to the defined requirement, we freeze the product specification. Comprehensive design input factors will be taken into consideration in this process, such as target cost, materials availability, production convenience, selling-point parameters, etc. Performance simulation and benchmark test will be carried out to ensure the defined product will be a winning product in the future.

We develop various types of electro-magnetic products such as E-motor with first-class power and torque density and efficiency.

Prototype product will be delivered with “China Speed”in collaboration with our partner suppliers, who are all specialists of the area. “A” samples and “B” samples will be provided with DFMEA and sample test report.

“Design for Production” is in the spirit of whole development process. From tooling definition to supplier evaluation, we care for your success in the whole life cycle of the developed product, from PPAP to EOP.
